Kathy Clark's practice involves a variety of local governmental matters as well as complex state and federal litigation issues. Kathy's local governmental practice is concentrated in the area of municipal law, and she represents both municipalities and private clients in municipal law-related matters. Kathy is extensively involved in the oversight of communities subject to the Municipalities Financial Recovery Act (Act 47). Representative Matters · Representing clients at zoning hearing board and other administrative hearings; · Assisting municipalities in eminent domain proceedings; · Advises government and public clients on Right to Know and Ethics Act issues; · Represents clients in state and federal courts at all levels; · Counsels clients on general environmental issues and environmental litigation; · Assists clients with regulatory compliance particularly in the areas of solid/hazardous and residual waste, water and air matters.
