| Biography | Have practiced bankruptcy for 19 years. Successfully filed over 300 cases in which clients received discharge of indebtedness. Also served as staff attorney for the United States Small Business Administration (S.B.A.) in the Atlanta District Office and was appointed a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia for litigation on S.B.A. cases in 1994. In addition, have experience in Community Association Law and am a certified Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau for pro bono mediations and Lemon Law arbitrations.
