Katie Booth is an Associate in the Birmingham office of Balch & Bingham LLP. She is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Lending and Commercial Practice Group and the firm's Financial Institutions Regulatory Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on real estate and commercial lending, factoring, and secured transactions, leasing transactions and real estate development. Her clients include large and small banks, commercial finance companies, and other businesses.
Ms. Booth has experience in the following areas:
Commercial Lending: Lender and borrower representation on asset-based credit facilities; document drafting and negotiation for asset based lending and factoring, including healthcare receivables financing.
Real Estate Lending and Development: Lender, borrower and letter of credit bank representation on real estate loans; negotiating the acquisition and disposition of developed and undeveloped commercial real estate
Leasing: Review and negotiation of office, retail and ground leases for landlords and tenants.
