Katya is an Associate in the Corporate & Securities Section. Her practice involves all aspects of corporate law for clients in a diverse range of industries.
Katya's experience includes representation of public and private buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital financings, private equity and general corporate matters. Katya has also represented companies in public offerings of securities. Prior to joining the firm, Katya practiced residential real estate law.
Katya is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She received her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She was awarded her J.D., cum laude, from New England School of Law where she was an Executive Case and Note Editor of the New England Law Review and a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.
