Kay Lennon focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and taxation. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Kay was an attorney at the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic where she represented low-income taxpayers in income and employment tax controversies with the IRS. She also previously practiced in Daytona Beach, Fla., in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate administration and litigation, homeowner and condo association law, bankruptcy creditor rights, and foreclosures.
