Our antitrust practice includes and routinely works with members of our patent, intellectual property and e-commerce practice groups, in order to ensure technical input and coordinated coverage of clients' needs. Thus, our antitrust attorneys frequently litigate claims involving allegations of sham litigation, fraud on the Patent and Trademark Office, improper listing of patents in the FDA's Orange Book, patent settlements, and other allegedly anticompetitive conduct related to patents and other intellectual property.
