Keary Grace is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She has a general litigation practice that includes medical malpractice defence, professional liability and discipline defence, and commercial litigation.
Ms Grace has appeared before courts of all levels in Ontario and has trial experience as both junior and lead counsel. Most recently, she has been involved in several large commercial matters involving breach of contract and contract interpretation issues. Ms. Grace acts as a Designated Representative for unrepresented minors at refugee hearings on a pro bono basis.
Ms. Grace received her Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa in 1987 and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She was awarded the S.J. Birnbaum Scholarship from the Law Society of Upper Canada (Bar Admissions Course). Ms Grace is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates' Society.
