Biography

Keith E. Reich has been practicing law since 1982 and concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law. He has wide-ranging experience with commercial leasing, lease and loan restructuring, sales and acquisitions of commercial, industrial and residential properties, ground and net leasing and green building and sustainable development. He also represents lenders and borrowers in mortgage financing and negotiates brokerage, construction and other forms of real estate agreements.
