| Biography | Keith's practice areas include general civil litigation and commercial defense. He particularly specializes in defending transportation companies. Prior to joining Hall and Evans, Keith served as a deputy district attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado. In addition to extensive first trial jury experience, Keith has overseen all aspects of criminal litigation, from grand jury investigations to post-trial adjudications. Throughout his career he has instructed law enforcement officers and law enforcement cadets in a variety of subjects, including civil litigation, citizens' constitutional and statutory rights, and trial testimony fundamentals.
