KELLEY M. MARSDEN is a shareholder and member of Van Cott’s Litigation Section. Ms. Marsden’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including appellate, real property, and eminent domain litigation. She also maintains a finance and corporate practice. Ms. Marsden joined Van Cott following her clerkship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where she was a law clerk to the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace. Before clerking, Ms. Marsden practiced at Latham & Watkins in its Washington, D.C. office, where she represented clients in corporate and finance transactions, securities offerings and regulatory matters.
