Kelli practices in the firm's Health Care industry group. In that capacity, she represents hospitals, surgery centers, physician practices, diagnostic centers, and home health and hospice agencies. Kelli assists her health care clients in all aspects of their practices, including licensure and certificate of need issues, contract negotiations, fraud and abuse compliance, medical staff concerns, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, HIPAA issues, and various corporate and regulatory matters. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and a contributing writing to the Birmingham Medical News. She also serves as a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
Kelli received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law where she was a recipient of the Hugo L. Black Scholar Award, a member of the Order of the Coif, and served as a Senior Editor on the Alabama Law Review.
