Kelly Powers is an associate in the firm's Family Law & Private Clients Group. She represents parents and children in state, interstate, UCCJEA and international family law cases and focuses her practice on the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Kelly's practice includes divorce, custody, child support, alimony, adoption, marital contracts, marital torts, protection from domestic violence and international parental abduction matters.
Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Kelly was the judicial law clerk to The Honorable Audrey J.S. Carrion, the former Judge in Charge of the Family Division of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
