Overview

Kelly Bissinger is an Associate in our Tax group. Kelly's practice focuses on general federal tax and real estate tax matters.

Representative Experience

· Draft partnership and limited liability company agreements, with an emphasis on tax.

· Advise clients on a variety of federal income tax matters relating to international and domestic real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

· Counsel developers and investors on low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, and energy tax credits.

· Counsel tax exempt and charitable organizations on a wide range of legal issues such as formation, corporate governance, conflicts of interest, state and federal filing requirements, non-profit joint ventures, unrelated business taxable income and executive compensation.
