Kelly Peters is an associate in our Bankruptcy & Insolvency Group in Toronto. She maintains a bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation practice.
Ms. Peters obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science (summa cum laude) from McMaster University in 2007 and her J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2010. While attending law school, she was the Student Program Coordinator for Pro Bono Students Canada.
Ms. Peters was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association.
