Kelvin Varghese is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the Electronics Practice.
Mr. Varghese earned his law degree, with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2011. While in law school, he was the executive editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. He served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Russell F. Canan, Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also completed an externship at the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
Mr. Varghese received his Bachelor of Science degree in physics, summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 2008. He graduated with departmental distinction and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. As an undergraduate, he conducted research in dark matter astrophysics, using a radio telescope to measure the distribution of neutral hydrogen in a spiral galaxy.
