Kenneth Jeruchim is a member of Sutherland's Tax Practice Group, where he focuses his practice in the area of international tax.
Before joining Sutherland, Kenneth was an associate at an international law firm in Washington, DC, where he represented clients regarding corporate, pass-through, international and accounting taxation issues. In addition to his position as an associate, Kenneth was also an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center, where he co-instructed a course entitled Taxation of Partnerships.

· Representing a seller in a $900 million disposition of a wind power business.
· Representing underwriters in a $3.5 billion common stock offering.
· Representing numerous clients requesting private letter rulings from the Internal Revenue Service.
