Kenneth Piercey is the son of Rodney Piercey. Kenneth earned his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School, where he received a Dean's Scholarship and concentrated in Estate Planning. Specializing in Estate Planning Law, Kenneth's most basic services include Wills and Trusts, Probate Avoidance, Probate Administration in cases where he was retained after death, Asset Protection, Powers of Attorney for Property and Health Care, and HIPAA Releases. Kenneth also specializes in eliminating all estate tax liability through the use of Gift Annuities, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, Charitable Lead/Remainder Trusts, Private Annuities, Limited Liability Companies, Grantor Deemed Owner Trusts, Self Cancelling Installment Notes, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Private Split Dollar Agreements, Split-Interest Gifts, and Private Foundations.
