Ken Roberts focuses his practice on corporate finance matters for corporations and financial institutions, including mergers, acquisitions, and public and private equity and debt offerings. He has experience in handling general corporate matters for publicly and privately held companies, including corporate structures, proxy contests, compensation and employment matters, board of director and shareholder issues, bank regulatory issues, fiduciary duties and general strategic planning and advice.
