Ken's primary practice focuses on representing corporations as debtors-in-possession in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. His current representations include the Sea Launch Company, Heartland Publications, GEMS TV (USA) Limited, Neenah Foundry, and R.H. Donnelley Corporation.
During 2009, Ken also represented or currently represents Powermate Corporation, Pliant Corporation, Merisant Corporation, Badanco Acquisition Corporation, Hines Horticulture Inc., Interlake Material Handling, Inc. and CMT America Corp. as debtors-in-possession in their chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Ken is a member of the firm's Hiring Committee. He also utilizes some of his spare time to serve on a pro bono basis for the Office of the Child Advocate as a Guardian ad litem.
