Kent Davidson is the Managing Partner of the Edmonton office of Miller Thomson and a member of the firm's National Executive Committee. Kent practices Labour and Employment law as well as commercial litigation. He has provided strategic labour and employment advice to employers in a variety of sectors. Kent's extensive experience in litigation matters and keen interest in the employment relationship give him a unique perspective and equip him to provide sound, informed and proactive employment related service. He has provided counsel in many complex commercial litigation cases. Kent has also provided strategic advice to a vast array of employers in labour and employment matters appearing as counsel in arbitration and court proceedings. He has appeared before the Alberta Labour Relations Board, the Court of Queen's Bench and the Court of Appeal representing the interests of employers.
Kent served two terms on City Council in the City of St. Albert. He has maintained an active role in Federal Politics throughout his career.
