Kenyatta L. "Kenny" Gardner is a Business Litigation associate practicing in the firm's Charleston office. His experience includes matters involving:

Prior to joining the firm, Gardner was a law clerk in the federal public defender's office in Charleston.
Mr. Gardner earned his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the Honors College of Charleston and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law.
While in college, he founded a volunteer organization in Charleston called H.E.L.P. Its goal is to combat poverty and homelessness across the Lowcountry by collecting food, clothing and money that goes to area shelters.
