Kerrie Logan is a partner in the energy practice group. Working primarily in the energy sector, Ms. Logan focuses on derivatives and commodity trading transactions, credit issues relating to commodity transactions and supply arrangements for natural gas retail markets and NGL extraction facilities. Her experience includes negotiating and providing advice on domestic and cross-border ISDAs, the Credit Support Annex, the Gas Annex, the EU Emissions Allowance Annex, the NAESB and the GasEDI, master netting agreements, guarantees and other margin or collateral arrangements. Ms. Logan also has extensive experience in feedstock and blendstock agreements for oil sands projects and product sales agreements for those projects.
Ms. Logan has provided advice and negotiated acquisitions of midstream businesses, gas storage transactions, financing agreements for borrowers in the energy sector and supply vessel, helicopter and general service agreements for offshore oil and gas drilling operations.
Her advice is frequently sought in connection with partnership issues, the import and export of natural gas and crude oil, sales agreements for crude oil and NGLs, terminalling and storage agreements for NGLs, and transportation agreements (including the shipper contracts for the MacKenzie Valley Pipeline).
