Ms. O'Neill is an associate in the Government Contracts and Regulated Industries Practice Group in the firm's Washington, DC office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. O'Neill's current practice is in federal government contract law, including bid protests, counseling, and government regulation compliance. Her practice also includes international trade compliance and internal corporate investigations, including detection and deterrence of violations of U.S. and international anti-corruption laws. Ms. O'Neill also has experience in the health care industry, advising clients on compliance issues and government contracts counseling, as well as fraud, abuse, and traditional corporate matters.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. O'Neill was an associate at an Annapolis, Maryland law firm where she gained criminal and civil litigation experience. While in law school, Ms. O'Neill gained additional litigation experience as part of the University of Baltimore Criminal Practice Clinic while working in the Office of the Public Defender at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center and as a law clerk at a major Maryland hospital.
