Preeminent rated lawyer and a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer. He earned his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2000, and an LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001. He graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in political science, in 1997. Mr. Kane is a member of The Florida Bar and the U.S. Tax Court, and he was selected for inclusion in 2010 Florida Rising Stars®. Mr. Kane serves on the St. Augustine Professional Advisory Council for the Community Foundation and is a member of the board of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Northeast Florida. Mr. Kane routinely conducts training sessions for continuing education credits on taxation, wealth preservation, strategic business planning, and succession planning topics to attorneys, financial advisors and accountants. He formerly was a shareholder in the Andersen Firm, a Professional Corporation.
Mr. Kane concentrates his practice on wealth succession and preservation planning, strategic business planning, probate and trust administration, and state and federal taxation for business owners, physicians, and other high net-worth individuals.
