Professional Experience:
Mr. Banville is an associate in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the Litigation Department where he is a member of the professional liability practice group. Mr. Banville focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense.
Prior to joining the Rodey Law Firm, Mr. Banville served as an Assistant District Attorney in Farmington, New Mexico.
During law school, Mr. Banville served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Creighton Law Review and as a member of the Creighton Trial Team.
