Kevin practices in the firm's Litigation Management Group, where he focuses on the defense of toxic torts. Kevin has defended product manufacturers and distributors in product liability actions in both state and federal courts. Kevin's litigation experience also includes the defense of premises liability, liquor liability, and professional malpractice claims. Kevin's wide litigation experience has also encompassed commercial contract and construction disputes in addition to cases in the areas of creditors' rights, insurance coverage, and employment.
· Obtained summary judgment in insurance coverage actions, a product liability action, a liquor liability action, and a construction indemnity action.
· Lead trial counsel for state district court and land court cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked as an associate at a small Boston firm with an insurance defense and an insurance coverage practice.

Kevin supports and mentors international students through the Host Family program of the Harvard College Freshman Dean's Office. Kevin and his wife have had the pleasure of hosting students from Qatar, Nigeria, Ghana, India, and Macedonia. Kevin enjoys drinking, studying, and collecting wine. In 2012 Kevin passed a written exam offered by the French Wine Society covering all wines and wine regions of France to earn the designation of French Wine Scholar.
