Kevin has a diverse law practice, focusing on commercial transactions, real estate, land development, all variety of corporate matters, wills and estate planning, and banking law. He has extensive experience in real estate and development transactions on First Nations lands as well as in the area of commercial leasing. Kevin has been an integral part of the Kelowna legal community for more than 16 years, and brings a solid, practical approach to assisting clients with a range of complex needs.
Kevin was born in Alberta in 1963, graduated first from the University of Calgary in 1987 (B.A.) followed by a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1990. He was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1991. Kevin has made many positive contributions to the community, serving as director on various not-for-profit boards and offering his experience and enthusiasm as a coach in various minor sports.
