Kevin L. Collins, P.C. was founded by Mr. Collins in 1996, following his tenure as a felony prosecutor in the Texas counties of Potter and Bexar. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law and Juvenile Law. Mr. Collins participates in many professional associations and has frequently lectured on Juvenile Sex Offender De-Registration, Charging Decisions, and other topics at the Texas Bar Juvenile Law conference. Mr. Collins is dedicated to the exoneration of his clients. Associate Counsel, Ms. Wilke, is a former prosecutor who brings unique insight into the defense of family and child protective services cases. Like Mr. Collins, she is passionate about the defense of her clients.
