Kevin Rivera is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles Office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Rivera represents employers in a variety of matters, including race, age, sex, and disability discrimination, retaliatory discharge in violation of public policy, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations.
Mr. Rivera also conducts investigations concerning allegations of employee misconduct and violations of company policy for clients who prefer to utilize an outside party for such matters.
