Khurrum Awan's litigation practice is spread across a broad range of areas including commercial disputes, class actions, insurance defence, product liability and constitutional litigation. He has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench.
Khurrum testified before Federal Parliamentary Committees on proposed changes to Canada's Citizenship and Anti-Terrorism laws.
