Kightlinger & Gray, LLP started over 60 years ago when Erle A. Kightlinger and Mark W. Gray began to practice together. The practice was general in nature with a strong emphasis on litigation. Erle and Mark believed that a litigation background would better equip the lawyers in the firm to recognize how important it can be for a client to avoid, when appropriate, the costs and uncertainties of lawsuits. Our practice priorities are making sure the interests of our clients are vigorously promoted without sacrificing any professional ethical obligations. This successful formula has resulted in Kightlinger & Gray being able to expand its practice to accommodate a growing number of valued clients. With offices in Indianapolis, Evansville, and New Albany, Indiana, we are well-equipped to meet the growing needs of clients throughout the entire state in both the public and private sectors.
