Kimbal L. Gowland

Kimbal L. Gowland is a partner with Meuleman Mollerup LLP. A member of the firm's Real Estate Practice and Estate Planning/Probate team, he has been practicing real estate law and business law with the firm since 1988, with emphasis in real estate development and corporate counseling. During the last fifteen years, he primarily represented Albertsons and became familiar with the matters of critical importance to major “anchor” retailers, developers, landlords, and lenders. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he enjoyed 4 years experience as a CPA tax consultant with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte), and he maintains current CPA credentials.
