Kimberley began her career with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin following her graduation from law school in 1986. Since then she has developed an extensive practice in a wide range of litigation areas. She has litigated and tried numerous personal injury and death cases in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She has also litigated and tried commercial matters in various binding arbitration settings.
Kimberley additionally serves as judge pro tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2006 in the area of civil litigation defense.
Kimberley is a graduate of The College of William and Mary. Following graduation from college, she attended Hofstra University School of Law in New York.
