    Kim O'Halloran-Cordray is a Community Association attorney with more than ten years' experience. Her key clients are condominium property managers and condominium boards in the Falls Church and Arlington (VA) areas. She also works with Montgomery County (MD) condominiums, particularly within the scope of the Commission on Common Ownership Communities, created by the county as an oversight group for condominiums and home owners' associations.
