Kimberly Tacy focuses her practice in the area of real estate, finance and capital markets, including representation of major banks and loan servicers in connection with a full range of real estate and securitization issues and related transactions. Ms. Tacy regularly represents clients with respect to the disposition of real estate, loan assumptions, transfers of ownership interests, cash management, loan modifications and workouts, receiverships and foreclosures, easements, condemnations, releases and substitutions, and various consent requests.
