| Kimberly S. Bunting practices in the areas of commercial and corporate law, specifically mergers, acquisitions (both asset and stock) and divestitures with deal values typically from $5 million to $100 million; complex commercial contracts; real estate transactions; large capital expansion contracts with values ranging up to $550 million; and global services and products agreements, including logistics services agreements, software licensing and implementation agreements, and distribution agreements. Ms. Bunting has served as both in-house counsel and primary outside counsel for major global corporations, including several Fortune 500 corporations for acquisitions, real estate, construction, leasing and commercial contract matters. She formerly served as corporate risk manager for the Georgia-Pacific Corporation, in which capacity she was responsible for the placement of billions of dollars of insurance coverage and successful negotiation of numerous coverage matters, particularly in the products liability area. A member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American and Atlanta bar associations, Ms. Bunting is a 1986 graduate of Emory University School of Law and a graduate of Emory University (M.B.A.) and Oglethorpe University (B.A.).
