Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle, P.L.

In 1946, Roy E. Kinsey, C. Aubrey Vincent and Frank L. Pyle opened the law offices of Kinsey Vincent Pyle near the ocean in Daytona Beach. In 1986, the firm moved to new quarters in The City Center, a modern office complex located in the heart of the downtown business district. Although the partners originally focused on real estate law, the firm now is a full service civil law firm offering a wide range of legal services. The firm is organized into these practice groups: Corporate, Business and Banking; Tax, Estate Planning and Estate Administration; Real Estate; Construction Law; Administrative and Governmental; Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Several firm members are designated or certified by the Florida Bar in their areas of expertise.

Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle, LLC represents national and local corporations, governmental entities, as well as individuals and small business organizations. Community activities and service work are encouraged by firm members.
