Background
Kirsten Crain is a Partner in the Ottawa office. Kirsten graduated from the Faculty of Law at McGill University with an LL.B in 1999 (Dean's Honours List). Prior to law school, Kirsten obtained a B.A. in Economics from McGill University in Montréal, and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics in London, England. Kirsten was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 2001. Prior to joining Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Kirsten practised as a litigator in a boutique firm in Toronto.
Areas of Practice
· Civil Litigation with emphasis on: complex commercial cases; health sector litigation; pharmaceutical regulatory proceedings before the Patented Medicine Price Review Board, and; intellectual property litigation.
