The firm's attorneys represent two of only nine attorneys in the State of Colorado designated as Certified Elder Law Attorneys by the National Elder Law Foundation. We offer full legal services in the areas of both contested and uncontested guardianships and conservatorships, as well as issue involving financial abuse and exploitation of the elderly.
