About this office: The firm has been heavily involved with national clientele in the areas of state-wide foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, replevin and creditor rights law. We are experienced in commercial and general litigation, including the areas of contracts, commercial law, bankruptcy, products liability and torts. In 1991 the shareholders were appointed as Special Assistant United States Attorneys for the Northern District of Oklahoma to represent the Department of Housing and Urban Development on a statewide basis.
