Klein, Coté & Edwards, LLC, has its roots in the practice of its founding member, Herbert S. Klein who has been practicing in the Aspen, Colorado community since 1974. The practice, which is specialized primarily in dealing with complex real property, land use and environmental matters, together with litigation related to these areas of specialization, expanded to the Telluride and Southwestern Colorado region in 1986 and includes handling of real estate, land use, environmental, regulatory agency and litigation matters in the Roaring Fork Valley on the Colorado Western Slope and in the Denver area.
