Klein & Franco was founded in 1992, at a time when the Argentine Republic was undergoing great changes in its economic system, due to the new involvement of the private sector in areas and activities traditionally dominated by governmental institutions. In this new context, Klein & Franco decided that it would be a benchmark law firm, at a national and international level, offering high quality, technically outstanding services to companies and individuals, both at home and abroad.
With the opening of the economy, there were new investments and projects, greater market competition, a transfer of assets from the State to the private sector and the adoption of new technologies. This meant that there was also a marked increase in the demand for the kind of services our firm offers and these services now had to have a much greater degree of sophistication and complexity.
Since 1992, the firm has been actively involved in some of the most important commercial and economic operations which have taken place in the Argentine Republic. Furthermore, Klein & Franco has shown its ability to understand and adapt to multiple changes in legislation and the business environment in the Argentine Republic, in particular, those which took place in the aftermath of the economic crisis that reached its peak at the end of 2001.
The professionals' expertise and dedication to its clients, as well as the direct involvement of the partners, are some of the firm's cornerstone.
