This firm concentrates on criminal defense issues. We have a combined 45 years of practice representing a wide variety of individuals charged with varying offenses. We are veterans of many jury trials, defending our clients in State Courts on charges including DUI, theft, domestic violence, drugs, aggravated robbery, child and adult sexual assault and homicide. This firm also represents individuals charged in Federal Court, including homicide, drugs, terrorist acts, money laundering and death penalty issues. Our practice focuses predominantly on the Denver metropolitan area, although we have defended clients throughout the state of Colorado and, in federal matters, throughout the nation.
