March 2000, $2.3 million verdict King County Superior Court, Washington, for post-traumatic fibromyalgia in Greenwood v. State of Washington, a maritime case in which we were associated to present fibromyalgia aspects of case, injury, causation, and general damages. May 1998, $361,000 verdict Chelan County Superior Court, Washington, for post-traumatic fibromyalgia following a car crash, Rader v. Reese's Carpet. Many successful settlements for post-traumatic fibromyalgia cases. Focus on chronic pain cases. Significant success in getting clients deserved benefits under their individual or group disability policies. Consult with people as they are applying for benefits or pre-denial. Also successfully represent people wrongfully denied benefits by disability insurers (ERISA and Non-ERISA).
