Krista Hernandez is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's Litigation Department, with an emphasis on environmental matters.
Ms. Hernandez's practice includes environmental litigation, environmental due diligence and environmental compliance. She has been involved in toxic tort litigation, cost recovery litigation, administrative proceedings and writ proceedings. She has also represented clients with regard to environmental due diligence relating to real estate matters. She has prepared for and participated in administrative proceedings before the California Regional Water Quality Control Board and the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
Ms. Hernandez has extensive experience in large toxic tort litigation, including significant experience in the sciences of toxicology, epidemiology and medical causation. She has considerable experience in complex discovery and motion practice, and trial preparations.
Ms. Hernandez graduated with honors in 2001 from the University of Chicago Law School. Ms. Hernandez received a B.A., cum laude, from Wellesley College in 1996
