Krista's practice includes handling various aspects of multifaceted finance transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing of real estate. She drafts and negotiates documents covering all aspects of finance transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents and corporate organizational documents.
