Kristen Morrill is a member of the firm's Litigation practice, representing clients in intellectual property and patent litigation matters. Kristen was a member of our 2006 summer program and prior to joining Foley Hoag, interned with the City of Waltham Law Department where she worked on discovery, contract, tort, land use, and labor law issues.
Before entering law school Kristen worked at the University of Massachusetts Medical School as a research associate in pediatric immunology, performing diagnostic and research work related to HIV and other auto-immune diseases. Kristen also worked as a research technician in cardiovascular physiology, researching and analyzing heart function.
