Kristen Salvatore DePalma focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation. She has litigated throughout the Delaware state and federal court systems, including the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Supreme Court, District Court, and Bankruptcy Court. Ms. DePalma's practice includes representation and advice to Delaware corporations, directors, officers, stockholders, and other law firms. She has worked on cases involving disputes about mergers and acquisitions, indemnification and advancement, valuation and appraisal issues, access to books and records, and complex contractual agreements.
In addition to her work with the firm, Ms. DePalma serves as a volunteer attorney representing victims of domestic violence in protection from abuse cases before the Delaware Family Court.
