Kristin is an associate in the Casualty Department, devoting her practice to a variety of litigation matters including product liability, premises liability, and automobile liability.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Kristin served as the law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mellon, the lead civil trial judge in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Kristin was responsible for drafting judicial opinions, reviewing pretrial motions, and preparing bench memoranda.
Kristin earned her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in 2006, graduating cum laude and majoring in Psychology. Kristin earned her juris doctor from Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law in 2011, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Kristin worked in Drexel's Appellate Litigation Clinic representing clients in federal court appeals. Additionally, Kristin was a member of Drexel Law's Moot Court Board and served as the Board's President during the 2010-2011 academic year. Kristin also worked part time at the law firm of Raffael & Puppio LLP while in law school.
