Ms. Genc is a shareholder in the firm's Corporate & Real Estate Department. Her practice includes representing a variety of clients in a range of business matters, including mergers, general corporate and limited liability issues, acquisition and sale transactions, and other commercial matters.
Ms. Genc's practice includes advising clients on the structure and documentation of mergers, acquisitions, venture investments, and dissolutions. She has also represented clients in connection with structuring joint ventures, development agreements, management agreements and settlement agreements in connection with various lines of business, including gaming, technology, manufacturing and real estate.
Additionally, Ms. Genc advises clients on various federal and state tax issues for businesses and individuals, including structuring transactions, compensation issues and tax controversies.
